What we process

• Enquiries. Name, email, phone number, company and the content of your message when you fill in a form or email us.
• Orders and customer relationship. Order and invoicing details and contact person data when you buy from us or act as our reseller.
• Site usage. Data collected through cookies, such as browser, device, pages visited and how you arrived on the site.

Why we process it

To answer enquiries, to handle orders and the customer relationship, to meet our legal obligations, and to develop the site and our marketing. The legal basis is a contract, our legitimate interest, or your consent, for example for cookies.

The site uses necessary cookies and, with your consent, statistics and marketing cookies including Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings button at the bottom left of the page. Embedded YouTube videos load only after you press play.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your data. It is processed on our behalf by the service providers we need for hosting, the webshop, email, analytics and accounting. Some providers may process data outside the EU and EEA, in which case the transfer is based on the EU standard contractual clauses. We keep data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
